How does it work?
The Patient Payment Estimator extracts information from a provider’s Chargemaster, calculates the contracted rates for the procedures in question, and applies benefits from the patient’s health insurance plan. The resulting estimate can be printed and given to the patient as part of the financial consult prior to the procedure talking place.
