What is it?
Our address verification interface will confirm that a patient's address is deliverable.
Why do I want it?
- Reduce operating costs and improve collections by eliminating returned mail
- Improve customer service
- Increase operator efficiency through a reduction in data entry time
- Achieve data integrity through correctness and standardization
How does it work?
Address Verification matches the entered address against the U.S. Postal Service database and returns the full normalized address along with error messages identifying any problems. If the user enters only the street address and 5 digit zip code, the system will automatically populate the city, state and 9 digit zip code. Examples of error messages include: Address non-deliverable; Apt or Suite number missing; Mismatched City/Zip; Street number invalid.
Reverse Phone Lookup returns the address associated with the entered phone number. This may be used to confirm the entered address, or to auto-populate the address by simply asking the patient for their phone number. The database includes every listed U.S. phone number and millions of numbers compiled from marketing sources.
