• Marcus Padgett, Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Solutions 

  Marcus joined Nebo Systems as Vice President of Systems Integration in 2000. In his current role, he assists hospitals in the design and implementation of integrated administrative and financial solutions. During his 20+ years of experience in health care technology and finance, Marcus has been a health system CIO, an internet startup CTO, a decision support systems manager and a business process consultant. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

   

• Katherine H. Murphy, Vice President Access Solutions

  In her current role, Katherine’s focus is front-end products, development and process consultation.  She has had a career in Patient Access for over 20 years including Hospital Registration and Revenue Cycle Departments.  Ms. Murphy is cofounder and first President of the association of Illinois Patient Access Management (aIPAM) and served 3 years as the Registration Council Chair for an eight hospital system.  She is a member of NAHAM and First Illinois Chapter HFMA.  Ms. Murphy received her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb Illinois and a Graduate Certificate from Benedictine University, Lisle, Illinois.

   

• Jodie Edmonds, Vice President Medicaid Revenue Consultant

  Ms. Edmonds spent 31 years with the Illinois Department of Public Aid, most recently managing the Department’s statewide billing and payment programs.  In her new role at Nebo, she will provide consulting services to Nebo’s client base in Illinois, helping providers reduce their rate of Medicaid claim rejections and denials.  Part of her responsibilities will include specialized training and seminars to teach best practices in Medicaid billing.
